Q: What is the cost of the field trip and what does this include? £1100 (includes £100 application fee). The fee covers the site/ museum admissions, on-site learning, discussions with director, participating experts, and local guides. It does not include travel costs to Córdoba such as airfare, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, etc.
Q: Do I need to speak Spanish to participate? No. The group leaders speak Spanish and English and we will provide translation as necessary.
Q: How does the application process work? Soon after 19 April 2023 those who have registered their interest will receive information on how to apply. Once your application and application fee have been received and processed I or a member of my team will be in contact. If your application is successful you will receive an acceptance letter and information about the deadline by which the balance should be paid.
Q: Is my application fee refundable? The application fee, minus £50, is refundable until the deadline to pay the balance of the field trip cost. Should you cancel your application before this deadline, you will be eligible for a refund. You will receive a full refund if your application is not accepted or in the event the trip is canceled for any reason.
Q: Do I need travel insurance? Travel insurance is recommended. In the event that the field trip is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a refund for the application fee/field trip cost, but we will not refund travel expenses.
